Dr. Christian Stöckl (major of Hallein) reflected on the whole proces of getting the organ which will be used as much possible in the musical education of the young of Hallein.

Hallein is a well known salt town in Austria. The mines were already explored by the Kelts. At the local Keltic Museum many archeologic findings can be admired. On initiative of director Josef Grabler a Keltic artwork was commisioned and placed on a prominent spot in the organ facade.
